I strive to be the "me-est me" I can be, each and every day - and I help my clients do the same!

• Birthday hikes (this is me on a local trail for my birthday hike!)
• Living in Southern California with my husband and two children

• How the sun hits the leaves of a tree just so
• Listening to water move (streams, rivers,  oceans)
• Traveling to new places and having new experiences
• Animals and flowers (nature!!)
• The first bite of delicious food
• Diet Coke (I know, I know!!)

I guess you could say I love the little things in life, which are really the big things in life - I love LIVING life to the fullest! 

And finally, I love being of service. 

When I was a kid, grown-ups would ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up. "I want to help people" was my response. In all of my professional endeavors, I've been in a helper role. Now, I am beyond excited to step into my biggest helper role yet: coaching full-time!
