Your life looks picture perfect from the outside. You‘ve worked hard to get to where are. You're a high performer. You’ve checked off the boxes that should bring you fulfillment and happiness, but inside you're suffering. Something is missing. You feel exhausted at the end of each day. You would insert coffee directly through an IV if you could, but that still wouldn't bring you enough energy to get through your day. You're skipping workouts, because you're too tired. You're not eating well, because you can't be bothered. You're surviving, and want to be thriving, but you're not sure how to get there.
You're a well respected leader in your organization. You have a team that has handled the pandemic and post-pandemic challenges very well, all things considered. There have been layoffs, but your team is still plugging along and doing the best they can. Despite that, you're picking up on a general sense of malaise across the team.
