American professionals are burnt out! Everyone is being asked to do more with less, regardless of industry. You see it everywhere from funny TikTok's and memes you send your friends on Instagram to more serious think pieces in the Harvard Business Review. I did an informal poll recently of 240 accounting professionals and 77% of respondents said that they consider quitting their job at least 1x per week (or more) due to feeling burnt out.
Highly skilled team members are leaving their jobs in the "great resignation" and taking another, only to find out they feel the exact same way within months.
This program is designed to work 1:1* with your employees to explore the causes of burnout (hint: it's usually not the job itself), help your employees put an action plan in place to reduce their feelings of burnout and increase their feelings of joy and fulfillment.
You have high-performers on your team. They are already doing a great job, and are in pipeline for promotion. As their leader, you want to support them as they begin to navigate what that really means - moving from more of an individual contributor to a more strategic leader on the team. There are new set of stakeholders and with that new expectations.
This program is for these folks on your team. 1:1* coaching that helps them fine tune their leadership skills to help them succeed on that next level.
This program can include a cohort model to work with multiple employees as well if that is desired.
Both programs - ELEVATE and ENGAGE - can be implemented for groups of employees as a cohort or entire teams within your organization as well.
Each participant receives 1:1 coaching + group sessions to facilitate a sense of community and deeper connection within your organization.
Duration of program and number of total sessions will be determined based on the needs of your business.
